These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you", "your") and Gamespools (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", "us", "our", or "Gamespools") governing your use of the Gamespools website accessible at https://gamespools.cam and all associated services, games, betting products, and promotions offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account on the Platform, accessing any game or service, or making any financial transaction through Gamespools, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be irrevocably bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or continue using the Platform.

Gamespools operates as an online gambling and gaming service provider. The Platform is primarily designed for and marketed to adult players in Malaysia. All services are provided in English and all account balances, transactions, and bonuses are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the Gamespools website, mobile site, and all associated software, services, content, and features available at https://gamespools.cam.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an eligible individual on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total sum of real money funds held in a Player's account, denominated in MYR.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account by Gamespools.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a specified amount before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by Gamespools prior to the processing of withdrawals or at any point deemed necessary by the Company.
• "Prohibited Territories" means any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the lawful currency of Malaysia.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on Gamespools, you must satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Gamespools enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling and gaming activities on the Platform, in accordance with internationally recognised standards for online casino operations.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or currently located within, any Prohibited Territory where access to online gambling services is illegal or restricted.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of Gamespools, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement or have previously had an account permanently closed by Gamespools for any policy violation.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account with Gamespools. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

4.1 Registration Information

When creating an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Gamespools reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided at any time.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — shall be your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify Gamespools support immediately via live chat or email.

4.3 Account Closure Requests

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (subject to KYC completion) will be returned via your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are non-withdrawable and will be removed upon closure.

Gamespools accepts deposits denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through the following approved payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange — covering Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and other participating banks), and USDT (Tether, TRC20 and ERC20 networks). The Company reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for all MYR payment methods. For USDT, the minimum is equivalent to MYR 100.
• Gamespools does not impose transaction fees on deposits. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees, for which Gamespools bears no responsibility.
• All deposits must originate from payment instruments registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be reversed.
• Gamespools is not responsible for processing delays caused by third-party payment systems, banking downtime, or network congestion — particularly relevant for FPX bank transfers (typically 5–15 minutes) and USDT deposits (15–30 minutes confirmation time).
• Gamespools reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the Cashier section of your Gamespools account. All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC identity verification must be completed prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Required documents include a valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad or passport) and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits on the same account, where technically supported. The Company reserves the right to process withdrawals via alternative channels where necessary.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, although large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced due diligence review.
• Withdrawal processing times are: same business day for verified accounts in good standing (standard requests); 1–3 business days for accounts flagged for additional review. These times are targets and not guaranteed service levels.
• Any bonus funds — and winnings generated from bonus funds — that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirement are non-withdrawable and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.

Gamespools offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual offers:

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only.
• Each welcome bonus offer may be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied by wagering real money and/or bonus funds as specified in the individual offer terms.
• Gamespools reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements vary by promotion. The applicable multipliers for Gamespools welcome offers are as follows: the 288% Magnificent bonus carries a 35x wagering requirement; the 100% Standard bonus carries 10x; the 188% Esports bonus carries 18x; and the 2% Crypto Deposit bonus carries 10x. In all cases, wagering must be completed within the validity period specified for each offer.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse bonus structures — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing opposing bets to guarantee a risk-free outcome, or systematically exploiting promotional terms — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Gamespools reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings and to permanently close the offending account(s) without notice.

All betting and gaming activity on Gamespools is subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to the outcome of that game.

• Gamespools reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed at incorrect odds, or placed in circumstances where a technical malfunction affected the displayed game outcome or odds.
• For sports betting: in the event of an event cancellation or postponement beyond 48 hours, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. In-play bets settled prior to cancellation will stand.
• For live casino games: the result as determined by the live dealer and studio system is final. Connectivity issues on the player's end do not entitle a player to a reversal of a settled result.
• For slot games: the RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed are theoretical long-term averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any specific short-term return to the individual player.
• The Company reserves the right to limit bet sizes for any Player at any time, without reason or prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Gamespools Platform:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or algorithms to interact with the Platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer environment.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform as a vehicle to convert illicit funds.
• Fraudulent use of payment methods, including use of stolen card or account details.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players or any administrative system of the Platform.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in the Platform software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Registering an account if you are a self-excluded player or have been previously banned by Gamespools.

Gamespools employs active fraud detection and monitoring systems. Any account flagged for prohibited conduct will be subject to investigation, and any funds deemed to be the proceeds of prohibited activity will be forfeited without recourse.

Gamespools reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Discovery that the Player has not met the age eligibility requirement of 21 years.
• Discovery that the Player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Failure to complete KYC documentation within a reasonable period following a request.
• Receipt of a legal order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring the suspension or closure of the account.

Upon suspension or closure for cause, Gamespools reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. If an account is closed for a breach, any outstanding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus activity will be forfeited in full.

Gamespools is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The Company actively promotes responsible gambling through the following player protection tools, all of which are accessible from within any registered account:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately upon activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set duration reminders to manage time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may elect to exclude themselves from the Platform for a period of 24 hours to 12 months. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications can be enabled to remind players of time elapsed during a gaming session.

All content on the Gamespools Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of Gamespools or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of Gamespools.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gamespools, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers expressly disclaim all warranties — whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — with respect to the Platform, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Gamespools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (c) any technical failure, interruption of service, or communication line failure; or (d) unauthorised access to or use of your account.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Gamespools reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, Gamespools may — at its discretion — notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure via our support channels.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which Gamespools operates. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact Gamespools support to seek an informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Gamespools retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent unauthorised use of the Platform or misappropriation of intellectual property.
